All content included in the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of BENETTYJEWELRY or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of BENETTYJEWELRY and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on the Site is the property of BENETTY Jewelers or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order on the Site or using the Site as a shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content of the Site is strictly prohibited.

All trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names are proprietary to BENETTY JEWELRY or other respective owners that have granted the Site the right and license to use such intellectual property.

These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose or the existence of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.

In some cases, merchandise displayed on the Site may not be available. Product prices change often and may not always be current. All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. The particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colors of products offered on the Site.

The laws of the State of California will govern these Terms of Use without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.

BENETTY JEWELRY offers free (2-day) FedEx shipping for online orders delivered within the United States. We charge for international shipping based upon the destination. All shipments are insured in the event your purchase is lost or stolen. FedEx requires that all deliveries be made to a street address and not a P.O. Box. To protect your shipment, FedEx requires a signature for all deliveries. To ensure on-time delivery, be sure someone is available to sign for your package. We make every attempt to ship online orders within 48 hours, however delays may occur as all orders are subject to verification for security reasons. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

All orders are subject to verification for security reasons. If you are contacted, you will have 48 hours to complete the verification process. If you do not respond within 48 hours, you will be notified and the order will be canceled and refunded via the original payment method. For qualified pre-orders, you are required to pay 25% of the price as a deposit when you place your order. The balance, including any shipping fees and taxes, will be charged when the product is ready for shipment. Please note, there are no refunds for pre-orders, only store credit.

Online watch or jewelry orders may be returned within seven days of the date you receive your order. All sales are final after seven days.

You must inform BENETTY JEWELRY that you would like to return an item within seven days of its delivery date by contacting our customer support center at BENETTYJEWELRYLINE@GMAIL.COM  In order to process a return, you must first receive Authorization from BENETTY JEWELRY. Returns are processed from Monday - Friday, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, PST. If the item is acceptable for return in accordance with our policy, a return label will be emailed to you. You must use the pre-paid return shipping label sent to you via email for returns.

BENETTY JEWELRY must receive returned items within 10 days of its delivery date. Any return received after 10 days may not be accepted.

All returns must include the original packaging materials. The item cannot be worn, damaged or altered in any way.

Refunds will be processed after BENETTY JEWELRY inspects and approves the return. You will be charged for shipping, insurance and all related shipping charges for the item returned which will be deducted from the refund. Items that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Special orders, custom pieces, pre-owned and items listed as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
